Live cd/dvd

Hi I've built and downloaded the live cd/dvd .iso and put it on disc but I just don't know is how to run the software
please advise

To boot the iso, you have to restart your PC and select your CD drive to boot from. The key to press depends on your bios,
normally the bios shows the key at startup, propably it is F12 or F2.
You can also use virtualization software like virtual box to test the ISO.
